LUSSEA – Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked with LUSSEA, whether by individual or corporate clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General Principles

LUSSEA operates on a reservation-based model with dedicated professionals allocated to each booking. Cancellations and modifications directly impact operational planning and professional availability.

Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following rules, based on the time remaining before the scheduled service start time.

No-Show Policy

Failure to be present at the agreed time and location, or failure to provide access to the service location, shall be considered a no-show and may result in no refund, regardless of payment method.

Corporate Bookings

For corporate clients, cancellation terms may be applied per booking or reconciled within the agreed monthly billing cycle, depending on contractual arrangements with LUSSEA.

Exceptional Circumstances

LUSSEA reserves the right to assess exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, without any obligation to grant refunds outside the defined cancellation policy.

Amendments

LUSSEA reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.
